Terms of Service & Clinical Governance

1. Emergency Disclaimer

ManabSeva is not a substitute for official government emergency services. If you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency (severe chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, trauma), contact official emergency services (112 / 108 / 102) immediately.

2. Marketplace Facilitation Role

ManabSeva operates as a technology and trust marketplace platform connecting independent verified healthcare practitioners with patients. Healthcare decisions, medical diagnoses, prescriptions, and direct clinical procedures are the sole professional responsibility of the attending practitioner.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments and shifts may be cancelled in accordance with the time-to-service cancellation policy. If a provider fails to accept a requested booking within the acceptance window, or declines the booking, an immediate 100% refund is queued to the patient's original payment method.
